Technical information about My Pages' accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA standard. Unavailable parts are described below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

If you have visual impairments

  • There are occasional English words in texts on the Swedish page. These words are read aloud with Swedish pronunciation, even if you have English as the language installed on your screen reader.
  • Links that help you find places in a text on the page are not placed in a list.
  • Some links have long texts and take a long time to read.
  • If you use the search function to seek for services and there is no search result, you do not get noticed.

If you have motor impairments

  • If you control the interface with a keyboard on smaller screens, such as a mobile phone or tablet, you can focus on, for example, buttons and links that are hidden behind other content such as the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Generally

  • It is not possible to change language on the website using keyboard or screen reader.
  • If you open the menu on a small screen with keyboard or screen reader you may get focus on the content showing behind the menu.

We are continuously working to fix the content that is not available.
