Technical information about this e-service's accessibility

This e-service is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA standard. Unavailable parts are described below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

If you have visual impairments

  • Error messages for some fields in form are not read by screen readers.
  • It is not clear to you who use a screen reader that new content in the next step is displayed after you have completed previous steps.
  • Information about completed and remaining steps is not communicated to you who use a screen reader.
  • There is a lack of a consolidated error message at the top of the form that communicates all the errors that occurred, which also makes it difficult for you to know that something has gone wrong.
  • Errors that occur in connection with uploading files or when retrieving company names are not automatically conveyed to you using a screen reader.
  • Confirmation that a file has been uploaded is not conveyed to you using a screen reader.
  • Functions of buttons may not be described well enough. For example, the buttons that delete uploaded files do not convey which of your files you are deleting. Two additional examples are the button to change which company the notification applies to and the buttons to confirm whether you want to cancel the notification or not.
  • Status changes, such as when a company name has been loaded on the page, are not presented to you using a screen reader.
  • Buttons may not be correctly coded as buttons.
  • Functions to cancel the entire registration are placed in unexpected places in the service, and it is not clear what you are cancelling.
  • It is not clear which format is required when entering the organization number.
  • The logo that tells you which website you are on is hidden from screen readers.

If you have cognitive impairments

  • Input fields lack information that the browser can use to make filling in the fields easier.
  • Error messages provide little help on how to proceed.

We are continuously working to fix the content that is not available.
