Technical information about My Pages' accessibility

This service is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA standard. Unavailable parts are described below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

If you have complete blindness

  • It is not always conveyed with screen readers that an area can be opened and closed, and whether the area is opened or closed.
  • The buttons for updating information are not connected to what you are changing, which may be unclear.
  • Multiple choice buttons are not always grouped with a common header.
  • Icons on buttons that are not meaning-bearing are not always read to you through the screen reader.

Generally

  • When you open a new window with new content, you do not get automatically focus on the new content.
  • If you get help from keyboard control or screen reader you may experience that the navigation between the main content and the new window is not logical.
  • Some links do not always convey that the link will take you to another website.

We are continuously working to fix the content that is not available.
