Below is a list of some common marks for food that is ecologically grown or a good choice from the environmental or sustainability perspective.
Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC)
Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) is a worldwide certification programme for farmed fish and shellfish products.
Demeter is an international network of control bodies for biodynamic agriculture and its products. Demeter-labelled products meet at least the same requirements as those for organic agriculture. Biodynamic agriculture also embraces acting in a way that conserves and recycles resources.
The Euro Leaf is the EU’s ecolabel for agricultural products
The Euro Leaf is the EU’s ecolabel for agricultural products. It includes requirements on animal welfare and organic feed. Chemical pesticides, genetically modified organisms (GMO) and chemical fertilisers are prohibited.
Fairtrade certified products such as coffee, tea, sugar and cocoa. Fairtrade is an independent certification mark for products which aims to create better working and living conditions for farmers and farm workers in developing countries. Fairtrade is not an organic label, but a Fairtrade-certified producer organisation must work systematically to reduce environmental impact and to integrate environmental concerns into their business.

KRAV is a Swedish ecolabel for food based on ecological principles and includes high demands on animal welfare, health, social responsibility and climate impact. No chemical pesticides and fertilisers, or genetically modified organisms (GMO) may be used.

Naturbeteskött is an eco-label for meat from animals that have grazed on natural pasture and wet meadows. Natural pastures are important for biological diversity. There are number of marks for meat from naturally grazed animals such as Svenskt Sigill, Naturbete and Kaprifolkött.
The Rainforest Alliance
The Rainforest Alliance is an international non-profit environmental organisation and ecolabel. Its aim is to protect animals, nature and ecosystems. Organic farming is advocated but not required, and chemical pesticides are permitted, but farmers in this Alliance are working to reduce them. Products include bananas, coffee, pineapple and tea.
Svenskt Sigill is a quality mark for food produced from Swedish ingredients in Sweden. This mark sets requirements on environmental impact and animal welfare, but is not an ecolabel.
