Almi provides advice and answers questions about starting or buying a business. You can call their telephone advice line. The advice is free, but you must have a coordination number or a personal identity number.

Arbetsförmedlingen (the Swedish Public Employment Agency)
Arbetsförmedlingen offers personalised guidance and support and service related to questions about starting and running a business. They can help you get your business concept assessed and, in some cases, can provide training to develop a business concept, or a business start-up grant.

IFS, the International Entrepreneur Association in Sweden
IFS provides free advice to people with migrant backgrounds who want to start and operate businesses in Sweden. Advisory services are provided in several locations in Sweden and in several different languages. The organisation is run in partnership with Almi. You can receive assistance with:
- Support from the idea stage.
- Discussing your business concept.
- Drawing up a business plan and budget.
NyföretagarCentrum (Enterprise Agencies)
At the Enterprise Agencies you can get personal help with writing your business plan and making a budget plan. Go to your local Enterprise Agency office and get professional and start-up advice for free. The Enterprise Agencies is located all around Sweden, find out on the website and where your closest office is located.
