How to report information on hazardous waste to the Waste Registry in Sweden

Businesses must report recorded information on hazardous waste to the Waste Registry at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.

Businesses which produce, transport, collect, treat, broker or deal in hazardous waste must report to the Swedish Waste Registry.

How to report 

You can report to the Swedish Waste Registry using the Swedish Environmental Protections Agency’s e-service. You may also report using the Waste Registry API.

Information to be provided in accordance with Swedish legislation

The information to be submitted to the Waste Registry in Sweden is provided by the sixth chapter of the Waste Ordinance and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's regulations in this area.
