Certification that a person or estate is free from bankruptcy.

A certificate from the registry of the bankruptcies of natural persons and estates maintained by the Swedish Companies Registration Office shows if a person or an estate is listed in the registry or not by name and personal ID number.

If there is information on a bankruptcy, an address, date of the initiation of the bankruptcy, the supervisory authority and the bankruptcy trustee are shown.

The certificate can be viewed as either a certificate of freedom from bankruptcy or as a bankruptcy certificate, depending on the contents.

The Swedish Companies Registration Office is the supervisory board.
