Injunction to pay
In a dispute over payment, you can apply for an injunction to pay with the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
If the counter party does not object to the injunction, the debt is considered to be established and the Enforcement Authority can help you collect the debt.
If the counter party contests the liability to pay, the matter is turned over to the district court.
To be able to apply for an injunction to pay:
- payment of the debt must be overdue
- you must be able to affect the debt through negotiations (it must be subject to settlement)
- the debt must pertain to money.
