Public gatherings and public events.

Public gatherings and public events may not be arranged in public places without permission.

Applications for permission or the registration of a public gathering or public event must be made with the police authority. Applications for permission to use a public place are also made with the police authority.

Permits are required for:
" demonstrations
" religious gatherings
" concerts
" dances/disco
" competitions or sporting or athletic exhibitions
" funfairs
" carnival processions
" markets or trade fairs
" the launching of rockets
" billposting
" the use of public places for purposes other than what the place is intended for.

The police is the supervisory board.

Send an application to the police. For your application to be reviewed, you must pay a fixed fee. The fee pertains to the actual review and is consequently levied regardless of whether or not your application is granted.
